Payment and delivery

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs.

DHL Express (24 hours delivery): 15,99€

Deliveries abroad:

EU (European Union):

DHL Parcel - Express (24 hours): 29,99€

DHL Paket International (48 hours): 15,99€


Rest of the world:

DHL Paket International: 21,99€

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows: 129,99€

Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
